Der doppelte Espresso: Auch bekannt als Caffè Doppio, Ristretto doppio oder portugiesisch Bica dupla curta.
Zubereitung eines doppelten Espresso
Einfacher Espresso: 7 g Kaffeepulver auf 15 ml Wasser
Doppelter Espresso: 14 g Kaffeepulver auf 30 ml Wasser
Die Temperatur des Kaffees in der Tasse sollte ca. 67°C betragen.
Mahlen Sie den Kaffee selbst in der eigenen Kaffeemühle, sollte Mahlgrad grober eingestellt werden.
Der Espresso sollte in einer großen Tasse serviert werden. Diese sollte angewärmt sein.
TIPP !
Wenn Sie größere Mengen an Pulver bei diesem Vorgang herstellen, achten Sie auf die richtige Lagerung des Kaffees. Benutzen Sie vorzugsweise dazu eine Kaffeedose.
Vorsicht ! Wird Ihnen ein Getränk mit 7g Kaffeepulver auf 30ml Wasser serviert, ist das kein doppelter Espresso, sondern ein „verlängerter Espresso“. Dieser wird auch Caffè Lungo genannt.
